Aware of the global environmental context and keen to contribute in our own small way to reducing our ecological and societal footprint, we have chosen to offer experiences with a positive impact, by promoting local and seasonal consumption, reducing our energy consumption and waste production, and supporting local artisans, artists, producers and merchants.

This commitment also includes helping our customers to discover the local terroir, local products and local partners, as well as the forthcoming opening of our ecological garden and vegetable patch.
